"Disappointed"

Was instructed from red card to pick up a letter from your branch as my letter was spevial delivery . I was attended by a mature aged man at the customer service desk saying that my letter had been handed to my next door neighbour . This was not stated on my 1st red card I was delivered . I went back home and asked my neighbour who said they did not receive any letters for my address . I then came back to this branch to be told that my letter has been there all this time when i asked to the customer service younger man to explain and to provide me what the reason this happened his answer was the man who served me was old.
