A review of Glasgow Royal Infirmary by Janice howe written on Thursday 14th of July 2016
Admitted here for broken wrist , n thumb, ,all I can say is- staff are brilliant, never have it seen so many hard working nurses etc.brilliant folk .I've been in dozens of hospitals and never have it said this,,,,praise is well deserved!;! Was moved from this ward WARD 62 BY THE WAY- TO WARD 47- COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WARD 62.STAFF WITH ATTITUDES (COULDN'T CARE LESS),NOT NICEIN THE SLIGHTEST,,very unwelcoming.I was moved here at 3 in morn,,a large woman showed porter the bed. Dumped 3 large bags of my belongings on the floor,in the pitch dark, and said I can unpack,,had a cast on my right arm and it's difficult to unpack etc especially in dark.was discharged from this ward this morning with the same attitude. Ie- how soon can someone collect you? Ward 47- Take lessons from ward 62!😉😇😉😯😈.
