On receipt of a letter from your claims department dated 4 July 2016 which contained 5 questions regarding my claim which was for damage sustained by my car in December 2015, I called your claims handler on the 6 July 2016. The person handling my claim was unfortunately off on holiday, however, I provided a response to another claims handler who also advised me that they would get the person dealing with my claim to call me back. To date no phone call received.

After several more calls to your office to contact my claims handler, without success, I have still to receive a return call from the person handling my claim.

The information provided to me by your client is irrefutable, therefore I fail to see what is holding up the processing of my claim.

I make no apologies for the negative review only for having to resort to this type of correspondence to contact the person handling my claim..
