"Shouted at, hung up on and refused an appointment"

Tried to call to book an appointment to be told 'we only deal with regulars' and hung up on. I called back to query this and highlight that I can see the salon from my flat so could potentially be a regular if I get an appointment and was told to 'grow up' by the man on the phone. He was shouting down the phone at me, saying 'I don't need to explain how I run my business to you, get off my phone, I've got plenty of regulars' etc. He eventually hung up on me while I was speaking. Good luck trying to get an appointment if you're not one of his golden regulars!.
