"Useless taxi service"

Had to cancel after an hour of waiting as cab was still not there. Called half way through, they were still trying to find me a car, but she assured me it would be coming. Called to cancel after an hour and girl was so rude, no apologies, just attitude. Missed two trains and have had to buy another ticket. Called Glasgow taxis and they were there within 7mins!

Have only used this company a few times and this is the second time I have had a problem. Will never use them again!.
