Been a ace for nearly 15yrs not once have a received any badges for 5 yrs 10 YRS and now nearly 15 yrs abd i am not the only one too.but yet some colleagues have got badges bouns cards and meals pens some kind of recognition for there service. something is not right 😥I can even say that have never had day off sick for over 10 YRS too. Sad really when I come in do my work. Moments line I just feel like a clocking on number 😑.
