Staff member was really rude complaining to me that I 'could have said it was takeaway before she set tray out'. I replied you did not ask. Only to be told which seemed to be a cop out 'I did but you did not answer'? I commented that I did not like her attitude only for an aggressive intervention from the manager assuming that I was complaining about the waiting time then defending her staff member with a dissmisive 'I've never had a problem with her before' before offering a refund which I took. Stunning!.
