"Good quality carpeting great fitting rubbish charges"

I bought a good value carpet cutting from your Renfrew store, I was very pleased with the bargain off cut I purchased for £10 only to be charged for delivery and fitting. I was quite disappointed in these charges but, highly delighted with my new stair offcut and the fitters were very good clean and tidy. I would recommend the fitters to anyone and will use them again if purchasing any other carpets from your store. I only object to paying for delivery and fitting and putting extra cost onto my bargain purchase. I was not allowed to take offcut away and save money I was told fitter would have to pick up carpet at a cost of. £30 and then the extra cost for fitter rethink your prices if you want your discount stire to be a success.
