"No nurse available"

I have been a with this surgery all my life and am no think about leveing. I phoned for a nurse to look at myour dad's foot as he has a ulser starting the nurse was on holiday and no stand in so they where going to phone round other heath centres to see if anyone could see my dad it's now been 24 hours no call back every time u phone you feel as if your annoying the staff and the time u wait for an appointment is rediuless aswell going down hill very fast I would say.
