I ordered vinyl flooring from this company. CameronBell are now owned by Miller Flooring who are are based in Edinburgh. Their fitters operate from there. I learned that because the fitters had not been notified of the order I had placed and which I had paid in full, they were unable to meet the installation date which I had been promised. I was informed that two of their fitters were on holiday and they exhibited a couldn't care less attitude about meeting their commitment .

I subsequently cancelled the order but waited two weeks to have my money refunded having informed them that I would take legal action to recover the money

I formed the impression that once the order is paid for they could not care less about the customer. I certainly would not use them again. They are a marked contrast to the original Cameron Bell.
