I purchased a pair of recliner armchairs approx. 2 years ago. after 1 year the

left arm 0f I chair faux leather began to split badly and after a bit of complaining the supplier agreed as a goodwill gesture to replace the damaged chair.the 2nd chair of the original purchase is now showing damage on the left arm as the returned chair.

I am disappointed that a company of Allans standing is accepting substandard material from a supplier to the detrement of a customer,
