A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Linda written on Tuesday 11th of October 2016
My 2 yr old perfectly healthy yorkie who had been checked the week before by them and was told she was so fit it would be as easy as spaying a cat died under anaesthetic getting spayed, no explanation given. When getting refund for op i needed it in cash to pay for anxiety treatment for her pup and was told by receptionist we are not marks & spencers you know. Thoughtless, uncaring office manager who knew exactly why i was refunded. Took this to highest complaints level only to be told they'd retrain staff. Not good enough. I lost my beautful girl that day with absolutely no compassion for what had happened.
As for phone service, two full days of trying to get an appointment, too bad if it's an emergency!.
