A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Bunty written on Thursday 20th of October 2016
Our wee dog was very ill with tumours.and on steroids.when calling for advice after trying for over 3 days got the brush off as if i was being a pest .was told id habe to make an appointment .when i just wanted advice from vet as our wee dog was too poorly to travel the distance to glasgow i was distraught enough but got no help or advice or any understanding.support or compassion. so my son paid for me to take him to our local vets who were amazing. Never returned to pdsa after that as i felt so let down and disillusioned with them. there had been such a drastic change in their practise .i dont know why.but didnt like. staff attitudes and lack of caring for our pets. plus far too stressful calling and trying to get through to make an appointment let alone to get an emergency one.so disappointed its changed so drastically.the founder would certainly not be proud of where theyre at today..
