"Damaged sofas"

Purchased 2 lazyboy sofas arrived with 2 smashed feet, dents and chip on arm, power recliner does not align properly. Spent over £3000 and feel that nobody really cares. Customer Service Mamager coming to see them on Thursday will update then.
