Charles has been cutting my hair for over 25 years - I've lost count as it's been so long. I always go into the salon a bit stressed and grumpy and come out feeling wonderful. Both he and Phyllis make every visit a lovely experience. They are friendly and chatty but always professional. I have always had thin, straight, difficult to manage hair but somehow come out looking and feeling like a new woman. Best of all Charles's magical, artistic cutting skills mean I have very little to do regarding maintenance of my hair - just wash, a quick blow dry and it's as good as new. I have to travel some distance to have my hair cut but would travel even further if I had to and would never consider going anywhere else.

Can't praise Charles and Phyllis enough..
