"Made a special event a horror story"

Sadly I have my dress from this store, I had an immediate change of heart but that was too bad. 50% deposit so I was going to make the best of it. Slip of paper which could have been written by an unreputable bailiff arrived saying pick up your dress in 20 days or we charge £20 per day, 3 moths prior to when I was told it would be ready, bring everything or we charge £20, pay for everything or we don't carry out the tailoring (already paid) - perhaps I had imagined buying my wedding dress as a special purchase - not at this shop. Hideous service, not customer friendly made what should have been a lovely experience a dreaded day..
