"Not Always Up To Scratch On Customer Relations"

A review of Kingsway MOT Centre by Ford Man written on Tuesday 7th of March 2017

Had been a regular customer for some 25 years using their Mot, Servicing

and Repair facilities.

No complaint on work standards, however an incident of a booked service

not being attended to on a specific morning as requested was unacceptable,

and no apology was made from the owners of this establishment.

Needless to say my business now taken elsewhere to get a service time

that is to my needs..
