A review of National Savings & Investments by Anonymous written on Friday 31st of March 2017
NS&I online is often slow and frequently crashes while you're in the middle of a transfer.
If you need to transfer funds to pay a bill, do it with plenty of time in hand (a week or more)just to be sure.
I have a Power of Attorney account and it often Blocks my transactions for no reason that anyone at NS&I can say.
If a Block happens after 5pm or at the weekend, the unblockers will have gone home and you'll have to wait till the next working day for access to your cash.
Isn't online banking great!
Still, NS&I are quick to apologise and to pay compensation.
Like hell they are..
