"Paying for 2 instead of 1"

Very cleverly done! Phoned and asked for a taxi for 5 people to be sent only 1 car. On arrival I went to ask the driver if there was some sort of confusion as i had asked for a carrier as it's for 5 people. Driver called office and un-beknown to the operator she was on loud speaker - very rude and adament that "the lassie" never said anything about 5 people. Only solution given was to send another car . so as to pay for 2 cars instead of just one, and also resulting in us being late for our train.

Not particularly impressed..
