The turning off of your radio is a fundamental breach of contract.

You pay then to provide you with customers- if they refuse to do so it is clear cut breach.

They can only terminate the service in accordance with the terms of the contract which would undoubtedly involve a notice period.

1 would ask any drivers to join or form a union to stop this all it take is half a company drivers to stop

work for 3 day then the company is on there knees.
