"Changing Surgeries. They're never open"

I'll be changing surgeries, as feel they're never open. For example, today is the day after the bank holiday weekend, and they're still shut. They close for lunch every day, they close early at least twice a week. Never open when you need them. Why is a doctor's surgery closed on the Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday? Ridiculous. And the GP's (have been seeing Dr Chita since I was really young) aren't the most attentive to be honest. Very backwards and antiquated surgery to be honest. Between the early closing times, the frequent days where they're not open at all, and the lack of understanding as far as mental health is concerned, I can't change doctor's quick enough..
