A review of Caledonian Travel by Lesley written on Thursday 31st of August 2017
On a mini trip to Amsterdam in July we were not happy with the not very new coach we were on which broke down on the motorway also had to detour from the usual pick ups on this trip to go to darlington,it took us 10hrs to reach the ferry terminal in Hull,we were told that in the morning the national hol coach wud take us to meet up with our original coach whichire was coming frm zee brugge and wud arrive a bit later, some people who had got on this coach got put back off and we were told to wait in the terminal till the our coach arrived, non onewas there to tell us how long this wud be, on return home I sent a letter of complaint to c.travel I have still to hear back from them, only for the fact that I foned them did we get an apology, I also found out that caledonian travel do not own any coaches they lease them from other companies, very off putting.
