"Went for one. bought two"

Travelled through to Glasgow to visit Morgans, after my Husband and I read the reviews. My Husband was looking for a black leather jacket, bomber style. Got to the shop and right away could tell Mr morgan knew exactly what he was talking about. He picked a jacket for my Husband, and asked him to try it on. Was perfect but not black. He then brought out a further two jackets slightly different style, different grades of leather, but black. My Husband did not feel as good in them as he did in the first, so asked Mr Morgan to let him try the first style but in black. On putting the same jacket on we both agreed the first one was the one for him. As Mr Morgan advised he will only sell you the jacket that you feel most comfortable in, as if not you will not wear it. He is spot on.

As a matter of interest I asked him what style of jacket I should wear, he only showed me one, he only needed to, it was perfect for me. I felt like a million dollars. So needless to say we did not leave the shop with one jacket but two, there was no hard sell, there was no need for it.

Very rarely can you go into a shop nowadays and receive the level of customer service we received that day. Yes Mr Morgan is very straight to the point and will not suffer fools gladly, but he has earned that right after 50 years in the business. We will certainly recommend our family and friends to go there if looking for a top quality leather jacket at very reasonable prices..
