"Awful customer service"

Went to return an unwanted gift to be put onto a gift card as I did not have the receipt. Was treated very coldly by the blond lady who I assume was the manager. Tried to have a conversation with her about other products that I had been given as gifts but was met with no response and no interest. Maybe she only has a more friendly manner when people are buying items rather than returning them. Retail is all about friendly customer service regardless of the situation. Would think twice about returning to the store. Lady in question could do with a refresher course in welcoming and friendly customer service..
