"Poor Quality"

Bought a 3 piece suite from Forrest and what a mistake. When you raise a complaint they do not listen and it is a waste of time. The leather is coming off and when you sit on it with dark clothing it comes off on the suite. Very poor quality leather and even although it was cleaned every week with leather wipes it doesn’t help. Think carefully before buying a suite from them as once they have your money they are not interested..
