Tried to give a donation yesterday. Went through the process to find machine not working, lady was very apologetic so I said I would phone back today. Called three times had to listen to recorded message for a minute the engaged tone for a varied amount of time between 19 and 45 seconds then call ended. Very disappointed when I called yesterday was at least told was busy and put in a cue..
