Have visited here for many years and I have to admit that I have never had any of the issues that have been expressed here. In my experience, staff are always very knowledgable and friendly. We recently bought a new wc that had a few missing parts but these were sent out promptly with no hassle. There's a few things that we still need to get, so no doubt we'll be visiting here at the weekend again. Products are cheaper that elsewhere, all I can say is visit and experience it for yourself..
