"Why does the community not really get to use this centre?"

I live in Dunterlie.I dont understand why we have this perfectly fine Community centre is not opened more.I know they have a group for 5-7 yr olds on a tue & 8yrs+ on a wed.Which is only for 1 hour 30 minutes.Plus there is a group for the elderly 1 afternoon per week.But my point is what is there for teenagers,Under 5 yrs old,Parents & Adults?Why cant people in the community be able to drop in have a chat & actually make a start on Dunterlie being & feeling more like a community like was 20 yrs ago.This used to be our scheme where we felt safe leaving our homes or letting our kids play in the park on there own.But there`s not any commuinty spirit in Dunterlie now.Dunterlie commuinty resource centre could help us try to get back to being a friendly & safe scheme..
