"Disappointing"

We had an en suite fitted in May 2018.We decided to take on their recommended installers who took over 6 weeks to complete. There were miscalculations made by the salesman regarding the number of tiles required. We had to take the time out to pick up additional tiles, not the installers or the tilers. There are several problems we have raised with company regarding fitting and tiling. Despite several requests to come to inspect the work, they have refused to do so. It appears that a Victor Paris has no interest in the quality of their installers. Victor Paris needs to remember that their installers are the ones who are representing g them and they must take some responsibility for this. The en suite remains unused.Victor Paris has our money. We don’t have an en suite..
