"The manager makes this shop amazing"

Maggie has been the manager here for a few years now. She recently went off to have a baby and has come back after lockdown. She’s an absolute star - the work she puts in yet always has a smile and a kind word to say! I’ve seen how the regular customers treat her like a friend, it’s lovely to see and a testament to how hard she has worked to turn this store around. I had stopped going in because it was getting run down and a bit dirty. I went back one day to give it another shot to discover a totally new, clean and organised shop under new management. And what a grafter she is! I make a point of visiting at least once a week now and always find treasures at bargain prices.
