"Stressful"

Ordered a suite on the 22nd August last year and it arrived in the 14th December minus a chair. Was told that the chair would arrive in 8 weeks which meant that over the festive period I was without a full suite. The chair eventually arrived at the end of March this year which meant that it took 7 months to complete my order. As my contract was with Allans I felt they should have fought my corner and at least offered a small discount but I did not even get an apology which made me think that no one really cared. No professional courtesy whatsoever. Really disappointed with the lack of service given..
