I recently contacted David at Victoria rd carpets asking for a quote for my insurance company due to a flood from flat above me. He was amazing within ten minutes he sent me a quote so I could get on with my insurance claim a few weeks later my claim was settled and I was able to purchase my flooring from Victoria rd carpets. The service was exceptional he done all he could to accommodate around my decorating he kept the date arranged even although decorating was being finished that day and the fitters were also exceptional and very reasonable would be happy to recommend to anyone thanks again David you are a star Liz Murray.
