"She's Great when there's no problem but don't expect her to refun"

She is great untill something goes wrong then she can't take responsibility. I paid her £425 for an inflatable pub. Her terms and conditions say that if the weather disallows the event to go ahead then she'll refund moneys minus the initial £85 deposit or full money back as a credit. However she won't actually do that. The pub was also not as advertised with Halloween stickers and broken zips. She took everything away before our party started ⁴ they were soaked but still keeps insisting on keeping the money for furniture and a pallet bar she knows we did not use. How can you morally treat your customers this way? This pub should never have left the warehouse that day with the forecast but rather than admit her mistake she's quite happy to leave me without a lot of money for something that was just a headache.
