Popped in to ask if they sold 'runner' rugs as our rescue dog struggles with our laminated flooring. Rather than get pushed into a sale (they do sell them), after chatting with the store owner he offered to source an 'offcut' for me from one of his fitters. Two days later he contacted me and I was able to collect an offcut which suits our needs perfectly - and no charge! Great to have a local business thats more interested in what they can do for you, rather than what they can sell you. No wonder they've been there for nearly 30 years and get so much repeat business!.
