"Poor customer service"

My car had a light engine on the dashboard went there just to diagonise the problem they told me to leave the car so that they can see it. My car was there for 2 weeks telling me stories. Promise to call but never called I was the one calling them they charged me £200 for diagonising a PROBLEM and never sort it. I took my car to another garage just to diagonise the problem they charge £40 . They don't have customer service this lady speaking to you in a rude manner. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS GARAGE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY.
