"Not what I expect"

Went before Xmas and bought 2 gift boxes. They only had big bags . No covers for boxes or handkerchiefs. Went back this week , rope on door. Had to wait for a very slow assistant to come let us in - no other shoppers in the store.she totally ignored us. Had to ask if she could get what I wanted. Yet again very big bag only. No sleeves or handkerchief availability. . Love your products but attention to detail needs to be addressed.
