"Would never go here again"

A review of Summerston MOT Centre by Very upset written on Wednesday 1st of February 2023

Took my van in on a Wednesday morning to have the clutch looked at. .Was told I would hear from them end of day or next day. No word that day or all through the next. I phoned Thursday afternoon, and was told the part would arrive Monday and the van should be ready on Tuesday, they would call to let me know. No call on Tuesday. I went in on Wednesday - they've had it a week now- and was told they couldn't find the part, I would have to find it myself and bring the van back when i did. Very dismissive attitude all round. Needless to say, I wont be bring it back..
