Odie Anderson
Our family dog (Odie) underwent a full hind leg amputation (due to Arthritis) only 2 days ago at Shamrock Street Hospital. From the second he was diagnosed the treatment and service has been outstanding and amazing. From the second you enter the building every member of staff was polite, compassionate, caring and understanding. This covered, the staff at reception, the dispensary staff, the nurses and the vets. They treated Odie with the tenderness we as a family do. Every step was explained to us in a clear and concise way. All our questions were answered. I left Odie in there care with no concerns or worries. We were contacted throughout the day of the procedure and were kept informed of every step. Odie was transferred to an affiliate hospital for overnight observations and again I was kept informed during the night of his condition. At all stages of this procedure both Odie and I were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I did and do have the up most trust in every member of staff within Shamrock Street PDSA. I would highly recommend all staff members and can do nothing but thank them from every member of our family for everything they have done and still do for Odie (the baby of our outfit)..
