I visited Forde Opticians Knightswood for the first time today. A friend had recommended them. This was for my annual eye test, including the optical eye scans. There is easy parking there, the clinic is freshly decorated inside & has a nice airy feel about it. I was taken on time & the optician took time to explain all parts of the eye tests to me and answered all my questions. I currently have to use crutches to get about and I was impressed that as I approached the entrance a receptionist opened the door for me. The optician opened other doors for me and on leaving he escorted me to the front door to open it for me too. Overall an stress-free experience and I’ll be using them in the future and recommending them to all my friends..
