"Selfish parking"

Selfish parking across an entry gate on the one and only pavement access from residential car park for disabled residents. Parked halfway into my disabled bay, over the chevrons and blocked the gate completely. Left my neighbour unable to access his home with his mobility scooter. Dd not answer phones all day.

Shameful.

If that's how you park id be worried about the capability to complete electrical work..
