"Poor Quality product"

Firstly, let me say that the service we received from Both Ross & Craig in the Dundee Branch was exemplary and we have no criticism of them whatsoever. The product however leaves a lot to be desired.

Amongst the many items we purchased was a Roper Rhodes Cypher unit with silver handles. Within 4 years the handles started to degrade and are now completely unsightly. I would have expected, given the cost, and the standard of product that Victor Paris claim to represent, that the life cycle would be longer than this. The Branch contacted the Roper Rhodes rep who was completely unhelpful.

Very disappointed with the standard of product and the dismissive attitude of the manufacturer..
