"My mother said they were amazing."

A review of St Francis Nursing Home by St3v3 written on Thursday 20th of June 2024

I was born at St Francis on 7thdec 1964 , my cousin was born there the same day only hours before me. Her father was a Dr in Glasgow and had recommended St francis over using the western general.

Both families were protestant , but it made no difference. My mother told me stories about the sisters who she said were fantastic.

My mother returned in 1969 to have my brother there too.

She was always full of praise for the nuns and never would have considered having a birth anywhere else..
