"Not great"

Was on a trip at John ogroats Scotland on the 9th of June when I was setting home the bus broken down people had taken train or bus but I and others were on the bus for 5 1/2 hours which caused alot of back pain plus I came home with covid I did put a complaint in but no response so very disappointed with this company if you have disability just be careful as I ended up very unwell and the experience was not good on the last day.
