I went to Wade and Fleming firmly fixed on my choice of a cluster diamond ring.

Mr Fleming gently advised that my fingers (short and chubby) would not suit such a ring.

He then showed me that twin diamonds straight would be much more suitable.

He was right!

Many years later, his son suggested a pear shaped emerald in centre of same ring.

I wore it for many many years.

Sadly I lost this ring within the past two years. I reported it to Scottish Police to no effect.
