I recently had to listen to 20 minutes of clap trap, I asked for a Parka type 3/4 length jacket and the first item shown to me was a 3/4 length coat with sleaves about 2 inch past my knuckles. Repeated mention of how Morgan make all their own leathers yet every jacket that was shown to me carried well known brand labels With my patients running out I settled on a Infinity jacket priced at ££340.00 reduced from £440.00 . I was surprised to here it was only £240.00 and when I produced my credit card I was offered the Jacket for £200.00 cash. I took up his offer paid and quickly left. On arriving home the first thing I noticed was the size label it stated 4XL and I take a medium, next the stud fastening failed, the cord at the waist snapped, To add to my problems this leather expert had sold me a Ladies jacket that was more than likely a factory reject. I retuned within 48 hours to explain what had went wrong, I had only explained half of the faults when he snatched the jacket from me walked off and returned with my £200.00 refund..
