14 days after my new knee District Nurse Stephanie took my staples out with a steady hand expertly done with no pain to myself. Brilliant technic as I wondered how, and if it were painful. She reassured me and I watched her mastery in removing the staples. A 5 star in care and reassurance talking to me a the way through.

Had to highlight Stephanie's skill and care.
