"Disappointing"

A review of Eastwood Mearns Taxis by KK written on Wednesday 4th of December 2024

I booked a taxi via the app two hours before scheduled pick up time for my 14 year son. Driver was only given the job 5 minutes before pick up time but was 40mins away.I called the office to enquire what had gone wrong but operator was not at all interested or concerned. I asked if they value returning customers but was told:

" they are a very busy company and not in need of return custom, (he added ) that a booking time is only an estimate and did not feel a 40 minute wait was an issue! "

To be honest I am flabbergasted..
