"Poor customer service"

I have been using first sport for my age group (football team) for all there kit needs the prices are great however every order i make there has always been a problem in getting the stuff, recently i placed an order personnally with the shop owner for spare footie tops and asked him to e-mail me when the order was ready, i was told it was ready, then made contact to collect order then was told i need to re-order it, i have just gave up with them and will now be using greaves from now on (they are a little bit more expensive but you get your stuff on time with no hassle or constantly being let down) will also be recomending that our club with over 150 kids also go elsewhere. .
