I have been a member for over a year and have mixed feelings about the gym.

Plus points

24 hour status - great when you want to work out during quieter spells of the gym and whenever you fancy!

Friendly and helpful staff

Great location for east enders

Minus points

VERY slow to replace or fix broken equipment

Gym has not been updated or changed at all since I joined over a year ago

Showers have not worked properly for about a year

No power points for straightners so therefore have to pay to use the set provided

No swimming pool.
