"An exiles view!"

Dear Gordon,

I am an 'exile' living in France and would just like to say that one of the many reasons I come home to East Kilbride at the end of the year is to have a drink with my brother in law John McCann,

who is one of your regulars, in your unique establishement, the service, thanks to Billy and the rest of the staff, plus the atmosphere is second to none, France just doesn't have this simple pleasure,

therefore with God's good grace I will continue to be a part of it for many years to come! See you at

the end of December 2008!
